FairwayOps is a workforce scheduling and operations platform designed specifically for golf courses and seasonal hospitality businesses. We built FairwayOps to solve the real day-to-day scheduling and communication challenges that course operators face — from managing a roster of part-time and seasonal staff to coordinating shift coverage across multiple departments.
What We Do
Scheduling Automation
Build and publish weekly schedules with a drag-and-drop interface. Copy schedules week over week, manage recurring shifts, and flag conflicts automatically before anything goes out.
Staffing Coordination
Open shifts, drop requests, and coverage claims are handled in the platform so managers spend less time on the phone. Employees see available shifts, claim them with one tap, and get notified immediately when coverage is confirmed.
Operational Communication
Send messages to all staff, a specific department, or individual employees. SMS and push notifications keep teams informed about schedule changes and operational alerts without requiring everyone to check the app.
Built for Golf
Golf courses operate differently from typical businesses. Staffing is seasonal, departments are distinct, and the mix of full-time, part-time, and on-call employees creates scheduling complexity that generic tools don't handle well.
FairwayOps is purpose-built for this environment. Department-specific scheduling with custom role labels, availability-aware planning, and a Pro Shop kiosk display mode are all designed around how courses actually operate.
